I hereby give The Business Excellence Institute (BEX) a non-irrevocable worldwide right to reference the game and the name of my organization (where applicable), and to use photos and/or video of it for the purposes of promoting the competition and informing its members and the public at large about such things as the conference, the competition, its entries, and its results.

We request as little personal data as possible and are required to do so as a Contractual Necessity (this is the legal basis for asking for it).
